Prior to joining Transdev in March 2022, Carol-Anne was the Deputy Secretary for the Regional and Outer Metropolitan division of Transport for NSW, where she oversaw an annual budget of $7 billion and 4500 employees across 270 locations.
She has also held executive leadership roles at Downer EDI in investor relations, at Queensland Rail leading operations across the state networks, and at V/Line in Victoria where as Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw a 45 per cent growth in patronage in four years.
Carol-Anne holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
